Due to the continuing volatility of fuel prices, we have implemented a fuel surcharge on our delivery services. The surcharge is adjusted in line with future movements in fuel prices, when fuel falls, the surcharge reduces.
Fuel Surcharge Percentage Table
Surcharge percentages based on fuel price (pence per litre, exclusive of VAT). The table below shows the applicable surcharge for each fuel price band.
How it works: The surcharge percentage is calculated based on the average fuel price for the week commencing. Should the price of fuel fall, a reduction in the surcharge will reflect this adjustment automatically. The table above shows the applicable surcharge for each fuel price band.
Weekly Adjustments
Surcharge rates are reviewed and adjusted weekly based on average fuel prices, ensuring fair and transparent pricing at all times.
Downward Adjustments
When fuel prices decrease, the surcharge percentage is reduced accordingly, we never keep rates artificially high.
Clear Invoicing
Fuel surcharges are clearly shown as a separate line item on all invoices, so you always know exactly what you're paying.
